Koening View Project Details This budget minded project demanded practical needs be met including more light (both natural and artificial), storage and a more modernized, timeless appeal. All were well delivered by removing all the paneling and interior walls and replacing them with warm yellow wall hues and crisp, fresh white doors, trim and cabinetry- all formaldehyde free surfaces and finishes. Schulz-Baker View Project Details Warm, bold colors were the only thing needed to make this dramatic change from a cold and dated fireplace area to a more contemporary yet timeless makeover. All finishes are non-toxic including AFM Safecoat tinted drywall primer, wall paint, brick primer and enamel paints. The floors were refinished using AFM Polyureseal BP. The new furnishings were chosen to provide the ultimate in family comfort.
