Please Note: Shelter Ecology Inc. is not a retail store. Instead, Cindy Meehan-Patton has all of the materials on her web site in her home. Cindy's home acts as her showroom, storeroom and office. For Directions to Shelter Ecology's showroom for a consultation appointment or to pick up product, please e-mail Cindy and request your needs and she will e-mail the directions to you.

Tours are set up by appointment and a fee of $75.00 per hour is billed for this time because it ultimately ends up being an hour of consultation. (See services sheets for more information on hourly fees)

If you are just wanting to buy product and would prefer to pick it up at Shelter Ecology, Inc. This time is not billed. However, an appointment (not billed) may be necessary if product questions need to be answered. If product questions do not need to be answered and you just wish to place an order and pick it up, Cindy has a bench on her front porch (which is concealed from rain or direct sun) that the product will be placed on with an invoice. You can pick it up at your convenience any time. Visa and Mastercard, checks or cash are accepted.

To place an order through the Shelter Ecology, Inc. web site, please either call Cindy's private land line @ 828-225-2829 or e-mail your order to: Email: sheltereco@gmail.com Please include the product name and quantity you are choosing to order along with your ship to address, telephone number and credit card # with expiration date and the 3 digit number at the end of your signature block on the back of your card.

If Shelter Ecology Inc. is shipping product(s) to you, Cindy will ship out on the same day you order, unless she is out of stock on a something- which is rare.

The only product lines Shelter Ecology, Inc. keeps in stock are AFM and LifeTime finishes. All other products on the web site are ordered upon receipt of order. Shipping time varies depending on the product. Shelter Ecology, Inc. does guarantee that the day you order product, Shelter Ecology, Inc. places the order to be shipped to you. There is no delay in the ordering process.
